PowderFlow uses the services below to run the product. Each one can see the data described beside it, and nothing more. This list is derived from the application's own dependencies and call sites rather than kept by hand, so it describes the software as it is actually built.

AI features — packing-slip extraction and workflow suggestions
Two specific flows, and nothing else. (1) Packing-slip extraction sends the document images you upload, plus your shop's name. Whatever appears on the document you photograph is therefore sent — typically a supplier name, purchase-order numbers, part descriptions and quantities. (2) Workflow suggestions send aggregate operational figures for the last 30 days, together with the names of staff members and their per-station performance, including counts of quality failures. Neither flow sends customer names, job notes, or job photographs.
These integrations are off until you turn them on. If you never connect them, no data reaches them and they are not subprocessors of your data.
Task import
Only where you connect it. Tasks imported from your own Asana workspace.
Accounting sync
Only where you connect it. Invoice, customer, and payment records.
